Genesis 7In regard to the Noah story I believe the Urantia Book account. The book has proven itself to be reliable in all its findings regarding the first garden of Eden. I believe the Noah story was a localized event and never affected the whole world. In regards to the forty days and nights of rain and the food gates opening and fountains of the deep were opened and broken. I believe it describes the Mediterranean deluge and fits rather accurately to the event. Genesis 617 And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein (within) is the breath of life, from under heaven; (Eden location where Adam was) and every thing that is in the earth (in side a basin, the Mediterranean basin) shall die.
